Fighting With Wire were first to take to the stage, performing a host of old favourites  and a few new tracks from their forth coming album, next up were Twin Atlantic, who put on a solid show, leaving the crowd all fired up for what lay ahead.

Lost Prophets then took to the stage, hit after hit with what could be described as a twin headliner in itself, the capacity crowd singing word for word.

I was apprehensive about Biffy Clyro only because of the slight softness to some of there recent MTV driven songs/singles but I have to say I was blown away.

They pulled out of the bag the best performance they have probably ever played, the crowd were taken on a journey through the most energetic performance of the festival, all topped off by  a huge leap into the crowd from Simon, Biffy Clyro’s front man….incredible!

And he dyed his fricken hair and beard BLOND!
